Who we are
2Detailed
Making an appointment
- You book online, without an account. We need your name, phone number and email address in order to confirm your appointment.
- You choose one service per appointment.
- You can book up to 14 days ahead. The earliest possible appointment is at least 2 hours from now.
- Your appointment is fixed as soon as you receive the confirmation email. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and otherwise get in touch.
Cancelling and rescheduling
- You can cancel or reschedule yourself up to 4 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email.
- Inside those 4 hours it no longer works online. Get in touch and we will sort it out together.
- Your reminder email, 24 hours ahead, has an "I can't make it" button. One click is enough.
Not turning up
If you do not come and do not tell us, we note it on your client record. There is no automatic penalty and no automatic block: nothing is paid up front, so there is nothing to withhold.
If it happens repeatedly we will get in touch before confirming a further appointment. Just let us know when you cannot make it. It costs you one click and it gives someone else your slot.
Prices and payment
- The prices on this website are the prices you pay, VAT included.
- You pay in the shop, after the service. There is no deposit and no online payment.
- The price of your appointment is fixed at the moment you book. If the price changes afterwards, the price in your confirmation still applies to you.
If we have to cancel
Exceptionally we may have to cancel an appointment, for example through illness. You will hear from us as soon as possible, with a direct link to pick a new time.
Right of withdrawal
For services with an agreed date and time the statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply (Art. VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). Our cancellation arrangement above applies as normal.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes belong before the competent courts of the Antwerp district. As a consumer you can also turn to the Consumer Mediation Service, consumerombudsman.be.
